KARPAD & STAR MIX POS RECIPE FOR SUCCESS FOR 'BERT'S AT THE BARLEY MOW'

12 months ago, 'Bert's at the Barley Mow' was opened by Adrian and Susy Bertorelli. Their objective was to offer customers great food and fine wines at value for money prices in a relaxed and attractive environment. Customer food and drinks orders are taken and punched straight into the touch pad and screen system, outputting to SP200 multi-part receipt printers in the kitchen and bar. Customers' details are retained throughout their meal and the ultimate bill is printed on an SP200.

Bertorelli explained, "From the customers' viewpoint, the entire process is far more professional. We wanted to be able to quickly produce clear and attractive bills. Customers can relax, enjoy their meals at their leisure and the Karpad system ensures that the 'back office' element is running extremely smoothly."

The Mediterranean theme is carried through to a walled courtyard and gardens, for customers wishing to dine outside.
